Time to 75 deg. F.: 68.0 HRs.
Results: Content temperatures remained under 50oF for at least 36 hours, and under 80oF for the duration of the 71 hour test.

Results: Wine bottle temperatures remained under 70F during a 48 hour period with maximum ambient temperatures reaching between 90F-102F for approximately 24 hours.
