Our recyclable ThermoKeeper® is the quintessential “green” shipping container replacement for all non-biodegradable foam coolers and shipping containers. Not only is the ThermoKeeper® environmentally and user-friendly, it is socially responsible and cost effective.

Our proprietary, purified flocked material, made from recycled textiles, is the key insulating element of the ThermoKeeper®. The flocked material is “molded” into a flat panel that compares favorably with foam panels. 

The end-result is a complete, biodegradable, insulated shipping system that ships flat, and, unlike 6-panel foam, the 2-panel cotton inserts may be compressed for less expensive in-bound freight and less storage. the panels easily fit together, (See pictures of A and B Panels), in an air-tight, stand-up container.

The ability to ship flat overcomes the dimensional weight (cube) freight cost associated with the inbound freight of upright foam coolers and other upright shipping containers. Similarly, the amount and cost of the storage space required to store upright containers is also greatly reduced.

Savings are realized in terms of:

a) initial cost, as opposed to a foam-lined box;

b) set-up and fulfillment labor expenses;

c) storage space, with attendant costs and;

d) in-bound freight charges.

Additional cost savings lies in the fact that there is zero shrink because our inserts do not chip or crack as is the case with foam inserts.The phase-change materials (refrigerants/gel packs) used in our protective packaging are also ecological and, thereby, result in an entire shipping system that is, at once, cost effective, environmentally friendly, and socially responsible.

The ThermoKeeper® can be made virtually any size or thickness of insulation (from 1/4 inch to 2 inches) and customized as to printing, logos, colors, etc. For customized packs, there is a one-time set-up charge.

Normal delivery time is ten days to two weeks. Pricing is determined by size, volume and application.
